About these terms
This website is operated by Digital Performance, ABN 58 749 338 025, trading through the Airporter booking brand. References to "Airporter", "Airporter.au", "we", "us" or "our" refer to the Airporter booking brand operated by Digital Performance unless otherwise stated.
Booking and payment
Submitting the availability form does not create an instant confirmed booking. Airporter will review the trip details and confirm whether the transfer can be accepted. If accepted, Airporter will issue a secure PayPal payment link or invoice. The booking is locked in once the required payment is completed and confirmation is sent.
PayPal payment links or invoices for Airporter services are issued by Digital Performance, ABN 58 749 338 025. Payment should only be made using the official PayPal payment link or invoice provided.
Service
Airporter provides private airport transfers between Sydney Airport and Sydney's North Shore, Hornsby and Northern Beaches.
Liability
We aim to deliver every confirmed transfer on time, but cannot accept liability for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (traffic incidents, severe weather, airport closures).
Changes
These terms may be updated as Airporter's final booking, compliance and payment processes are completed.
