Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions will be confirmed with each Airporter quote before deposit payment. Digital Performance will provide clear deposit, cancellation, refund and no-show terms before an Airporter booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling
Trips can usually be rescheduled at no cost when notice is given well in advance. The earlier the notice, the easier the change.
No-shows
If a passenger is not present at the booked pickup and Digital Performance has not been notified, the deposit may be retained in line with the conditions confirmed with your Airporter quote.
